How to use AutomationAI

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to create automations using the Mailvio Suite AutomationAI.
 

 

Step 1: Accessing the Feature

  • Log in to your Mailvio account.

  • If you don't have credits to access the AutomationAI feature, contact us to inquire about your eligibility.

Step 2: Creating an Automation

  • Fill out the three areas: End Goal, Tone, and Readers.

    • End Goal: Define the desired outcome or purpose of the automation. 

    • Tone: Set the tone and introduce yourself or your product.

    • Readers: Specify your target market or niche for the email sequence.
       

  • Optionally, fine-tune your email series:

    • Determine the number of emails in the sequence.

    • Choose the time intervals between emails.

    • Select the AI model to use (based on your available credits).

    • Add any additional instructions for the AI.
       

  • Click on the "Generate Email Sequence" button.

Step 3: Reviewing and Editing the Email Sequence

  • Once the email sequence is generated, review the subject lines and email content.

  • Edit the sequence if necessary, such as fixing typos or adding hyperlinks.

  • You have the option to change the time intervals between emails by adjusting the delays.

  • If you are not satisfied with the content generated, you can click the "Refresh Icon" to regenerate the email content.

  • If you are not happy with the results and want to rewrite the email yourself, you can click the "Rewrite this Email" button before moving it to automation.

  • Click on the "Save as Automation" button to proceed.

Step 4: Moving the Automation to the Mailvio Account

  • Wait for the automation sequence to be added to the Automation tab in your Mailvio account.

  • Check if the sequence includes the desired trigger and goal steps.

  • Rename the automation to a more descriptive name.

  • Customize the automation further by adding additional steps, tags, delays, or conditions.

  • Once everything is set, "Activate" the automation.​​​​

Ensure your prompts are well-prepared to construct effective emails within the 600-character limit. Construct your emails using the prompts to create compelling content.
