How to warm-up your Mailvio account via Email Campaigns

Welcome to this tutorial on using the batch sending feature in Mailvio to stagger your email campaigns. By following these steps, you can gradually build up your sending reputation and ensure successful email delivery.

Step 1: Access your Mailvio account and locate the desired campaign. Duplicate the campaign that you want to send in batches.

Step 2: Determine the batch size. Calculate the number of contacts you have in your campaign. Decide on the batch size based on your preferred timeframe (e.g., one week or two weeks). Divide the total number of contacts by the chosen batch size.

Step 3: In the campaign setup, go to "Recipients". Then, click on the "Advanced Options" button.

Step 4: In the advanced options, explore the different filtering and segmentation options available. Choose the option to limit sending or filter specific contacts if needed.

Step 5: Calculate the number of emails to send per batch based on the batch size calculated earlier. Enter the appropriate number of emails to send per 24 hours or any preferred timeframe. Then, set the delay between each batch (e.g., 24 hours).

Step 6: Double-check the settings to ensure they align with your desired staggered sending approach. Save the batch-sending configuration.

That's it! By following these steps, you can utilize the batch sending feature in Mailvio to stagger your email campaigns and gradually build your sending reputation. Remember to adjust the batch size, number of emails sent per batch, and delay based on your specific needs and the size of your contact list.
