Step 1: Log in to your Mailvio account and navigate to the 'Billing' section.
Step 2: You will be routed to the 'Mailvio Billing Portal' page where you will enter your email address.
Step 3: Once you enter your email address, a personalized link to your billing section will be sent to you via email from support@PayKickstart.com. This link will allow you to access your billing information and make any necessary changes.
Step 4: You will see an update page resembling this one, displaying your existing subscription information and allowing you to modify your payment details.
Navigate to the 'Payment Method' from the 'Subscription Details' section.
Click on the 'update your billing' button to proceed with the update.
Step 5: You will be presented with a pop-up titled 'Update Your Billing', where you will find the payment options linked to your current campaign, which may include Credit Card and/or PayPal.
Step 6: Once you've updated, we'll send you a notification confirming the update along with any relevant details.
Please take note: If you did not pay for your account via the PayKickStart platform, but through another platform, and you do not receive the confirmation email from PayKickStart when attempting to access the billing platform, please contact us. Provide your payment email and any details of the purchase that you can remember.
